On My Way Home From School Today . . .

A while ago I posted about two dogs in our neighbourhood being kept in small cages outside their owner's house while it was being renovated (see "A Sad Animal Story, by Hannah - November 5, 2016).  One of the dogs "disappeared" one day and we never saw again.  About a month after that, the other dog was gone, though we see him occasionally at the house where his owner is temporarily living (which happens to be across the street from our house).  The cage has been empty up until today.  On the way home from work today, we saw a new animal in the cage now.
